Security

  • Ensuring delegate safety and well-being
  • Coordinating with school security personnel

Decor

  • Designing theme-aligned decorations for venue spaces
  • Creating branded visual elements and signage
  • Setting up stage design and committee room aesthetics

Logistics / Operations
