Secretary General

Wajiha Imran

The Secretary General leads the entire conference, overseeing all operations, ensuring smooth execution, and serving as the ultimate authority on conference matters.

Director General

Ahmed Ismail Tahir

The Director General manages day-to-day operations, coordinates between directorates, and ensures all logistical elements align seamlessly.

Chief of Staff

Inaaya Abbasi

The Chief of Staff coordinates secretariat operations, manages internal communications, and ensures efficient workflow across all teams.

The Under Secretary General assists in strategic planning, policy implementation, and serves as a key liaison between the secretariat and committees.

Deputy Chief of Staff

The Deputy Chief of Staff supports the Chief of Staff in operational coordination and serves as a backup for critical decision-making processes.

The Head of Committee Affairs oversees all committee operations, ensures quality debate standards, and coordinates with chairs to maintain excellence across all sessions.

Deputy Head of Committee Affairs
